Because Nuttopia products are handcrafted, perishable food items, we follow strict safety and quality standards. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON FOOD PRODUCTS

Due to health, safety, and contamination regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any edible products once they have left our facility. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Nut Cakes

  • Nut Brittle

  • Chocolate Clusters

  • Chocolate Rounds

  • Seasonal Items (including Reindeer Crack)

  • Gift Boxes & Assortments

This policy exists to protect our customers and comply with food safety laws.


DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • Your product is defective due to production error

To qualify for resolution:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Resolution Options (at Nuttopia’s discretion):

  • Free replacement shipment

  • Full refund to original payment method

  • Store credit

NO REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Opened or partially consumed items

  • Melted chocolate due to weather conditions

  • Failure to provide accurate shipping address

  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Seasonal or limited-run items once shipped


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production or shipping.

Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


SEASONAL & LIMITED EDITION ITEMS

All seasonal products and limited releases are:

Final Sale Only
Non-refundable once shipped

This includes holiday drops, promotional packaging, and specialty batches.


SHIPPING RISK DISCLOSURE

Nuttopia is not responsible for:

  • Heat-related chocolate melting during transit

  • Weather or courier delivery delays

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping for chocolate-based items.


ALLERGY & INGREDIENT DISCLAIMER

All Nuttopia products are produced in facilities that may contain:

  • Peanuts

  • Tree nuts

  • Dairy

  • Soy

  • Chocolate

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for allergic reactions when ingredient disclosures are provided.


FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION

Nuttopia reserves the right to:

  • Limit or deny refund claims

  • Ban customers abusing the refund policy

  • Report confirmed fraud to payment processors


CARD PROCESSING & SERVICE FEES

All refunds issued to cards or digital payment platforms are subject to non-refundable processing fees charged by payment providers.
