This Shipping Policy explains how Nuttopia processes, ships, and delivers all orders. By placing an order with Nuttopia, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All Nuttopia orders are handcrafted and made fresh.
- Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
- High-volume seasons (holidays, promotions, limited drops) may require additional processing time
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping options are displayed at checkout and may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping (recommended for chocolate items)
Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier but generally range from:
- 3–7 business days after shipment (Standard)
- 1–3 business days after shipment (Expedited)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
SHIPPING RATES
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight
- Selected shipping method
Nuttopia does not control carrier pricing, fuel surcharges, or holiday rate increases.
PERISHABLE ITEM & HEAT DISCLAIMER
Nuttopia is not responsible for:
- Melted chocolate due to heat exposure during transit
- Product texture changes caused by weather conditions
- Delays caused by extreme temperatures
Customers assume all risk when ordering temperature-sensitive items.
We strongly recommend expedited shipping for chocolate-based products.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Nuttopia is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Re-shipping costs due to address errors
- Packages returned due to incomplete or invalid addresses
TRACKING INFORMATION
- Tracking numbers are provided via email once orders ship
- Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier
- Nuttopia is not responsible for delays or status inaccuracies once shipped
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Nuttopia is not liable for:
- Lost packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier
- Theft after delivery confirmation
- Carrier delays or misdeliveries
Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged:
You must contact Nuttopia within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

Eligible claims may receive:
- A replacement shipment
- A refund
- Store credit

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Nuttopia:

SEASONAL & LIMITED EDITION SHIPPING NOTICE
Seasonal and limited-batch products:
- Ship in limited time windows
- May experience extended processing times
- Are final sale once shipped
SEVERE WEATHER & HOLIDAY DELAYS
Nuttopia is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather events
- Natural disasters
- High holiday carrier volume
- National shipping disruptions
